Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation

The Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation serves the uninsured women of Newark and Elizabeth, NJ, through dedicated programs at local hospitals. The Connie Dwyer Breast Center is set to open at Trinitas Medical Center in 2017. The new brand identity we designed for the foundation honors the dedication of its founder in serving the community and becomes a recognizable symbol of prevention and care.
